 We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, working 3–4 days per week with negotiable hours between 8am and 4pm.


You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Providing administrative support to management and on-site teams assisting all staff with various tasks as needed
  • Maintaining organised and efficient office operations
  • Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the team
  • Assisting with accounts payable processes, including collecting and matching delivery dockets, data entry, scanning, and maintaining accurate electronic filing systems.
  • Contribute ideas and content for social media platforms


Skills

REGISTERED SURVEYOR

  • KDW Civil is a well-established civil construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the industry. With a broad client base and multiple ongoing and upcoming projects, we are experiencing significant growth and currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis.


You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Conducting a range of general survey on construction for residential subdivisions;
  • Preparing and managing accurate survey plans, cadastral maps and legal descriptions for land parcels.
  • Collaborating with clients, government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver required project outcomes;
  • Ensuring all work is accurate and complies with legal and regulatory standards for registered surveying; and
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.


Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Surveyor, ideally in the construction industry
  • A bachelor degree in Surveying
  • Must be registered with the Surveyor's Board of QLD
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure effective two-way communication when consulting and communicating with clients, external stakeholders, management and colleagues;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
  • Proficiency in advanced surveying software and equipment to ensure precision and efficiency in civil surveying activities.

  • Undertake regular maintenance checks on any assigned plant.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment and depot.
  • Completion of relevant job paperwork including Daily Hire Dockets and/or Delivery Dockets.
  • Carry out a variety of manual tasks associated with Company operations.
  • Complete relevant safety and site-specific inductions.
  • Adhere to company workplace health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and self-development to achieve continuous improvement for yourself and the Company. 
  • Additionally, you may be required to conduct other duties as lawfully directed by the Supervisor or Manager.


Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
  • Statement of Attainment or Ticket/s for various construction plant

In this role, you will oversee and manage the civil construction operations on site, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards. 
  • Coordinate and manage site activities, including supervising subcontractors, labourers and machinery operators. 
  • Conduct regular site inspections, provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports and safety records.

We are currently recruiting for multiple operator positions, including a role for a Grader Operator.  


Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Operate GPS machinery to ensure high quality job is delivered.
  • Experience in excavators ranging from 14t up to 30t 
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning 
  • Communicate with supervisors and other team members, allowing project goals to be met 
  • Conduct all activities in a safe manner, compliant with WHS policies and procedures

  • Thorough knowledge in mobile plant capabilities and utilisation.

Experience:

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a similar position/industry (or equivalent)

dynamic team on-site.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting site operations, project planning, and on-site coordination with the Project Engineer and Project Manager
  • Assisting with quality assurance, environmental, and safety compliance
  • Assist with contractual obligations including progress claims, payment schedules and reporting
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
