Founded by Kurt Youngberry, KDW Civil continues to be at the forefront of the civil earthmoving industry where safety, sustainability and client satisfaction are the pillars driving our operations, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
Established in 2010, KDW Civil has been built on reputation and encompasses a commitment to excellence, innovation and integrity in every project we undertake. With a focus on quality, safety and environmental sustainability, we continue to set new standards of excellence while maintaining the values that have guided us since our beginning.
Our team is made up of experienced and skilled individuals who are passionate about what they do. From our Project Managers to our Skilled Operators and dedicated Health & Safety Manager, we work together to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard. We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, and it shows in the way we approach every project.
At KDW Civil, we offer a wide range of civil and infrastructure works across a range of projects specialising in residential subdivisions, Transport and Main Roads constructions and commercial projects. Currently servicing the Wide Bay Region and all over Queensland, our family business is constantly expanding.
At KDW Civil, we’re proud to be certified to ISO standards across all key areas of our operations — Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001). These certifications reflect our commitment to delivering reliable, sustainable, and safe civil construction outcomes. Clients can have confidence knowing our systems meet internationally recognised standards for performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Leading the team is our Managing Director, Kurt Youngberry.
Kurt has always had a keen interest in earthmoving & machinery which lead him to start the business in 2010. His role is to manage the business, build strong relationships with our customers & suppliers and juggle the scheduling of our fleet. Being in a machine is what Kurt loves and he hopes to never stray from that core.
